Our mission is to establish a sustainable funding, mentorship and growth model to support super-early-stage JA Alumni teams.
Until 2035, our aim is to encourage the development of a minimum of 15,000 entrepreneurs who generate high value.
A portion of our profits supports JA Lithuania, while the rest is reinvested to fuel future innovators.

Mes tiesiame tiltą tarp ankstyvosios stadijos rizikos kapitalo investuotojų bei verslo angelų ir Lietuvos Junior Achievement moksleivių bei absolventų komandų. Tačiau tai nėra įprastai veikiantis fondas – palaipsniui jis virsta į save išlaikančią sistemą. 5 metų laikotarpyje sėkmingi Junicorns startuoliai grąžina savo indėlį į fondą, kuris tampa finansiniu pagrindu būsimiesiems LJA startuoliams.

Become the wind of change
Even a single investment yields a long-term monetary return for venture capital and angel investment, while also creating a significant impact for the Junior Achievement Lithuania organization. Once a sponsor, always a sponsor, as the contribution will circulate in the fund and generate progressively larger funds.
