Present your problem on Friday at 19:30 (we will share the full agenda later on). Each person gets 60 seconds on stage to present. No slides are necessary. Goal: inspire others to join your team. Be straightforward, easy to understand, and inspiring. Cover:

Problem: Clearly state the problem, not just an idea. Focus on one main problem if addressing multiple.

Impact: Describe the scale of the problem and its positive impact if solved. Why is it crucial to solve now? How could solving it impact globally?

Team: Introduce yourself and your team, including roles. If seeking team members, clearly indicate it.

How should I structure the final pitch on Sunday?

Each team will be allocated 3 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 1-minute Q&A session with the jury. You have the option to use slides (please submit them by 13:00 on Sunday to info@junicorns.com (subject: Hackathon)) or tell a story directly on stage. While there's no strict template for the final pitch, ensure you address the valuation criteria.

What factors are considered when evaluating the ideas?

The ideas are evaluated based on specific criteria, but jury members can also use their intuition and perspectives. Key criteria for success include:

  • Impact: What value does solving this problem bring to the planet or humanity? What is your team's mission?
  • Problem and Relevance: Why is the problem important? Is there data supporting its significance?
  • Solution: Is the solution desirable, technically feasible, and economically viable?
  • Team: How diverse is your team, and do you have the necessary skills to advance this idea?

I have more questions. How can I get in touch with you?
